TexSun PoolScapes is dedicated to excellence and quality. This page provides an overview of our process we go through in building your new custom pool. With detailed steps, you’ll appreciate our experienced, reliable team that brings your dream pool to life.
Site Visit Appointment
Before we make our first visit to your pool site, we will require you to provide us with a property survey that has been stamped by a licensed surveyor.
- We will take some photographs and measurements
- We will establish utility lines, easements, and elevations.
- We will talk to you about your budget and answer any questions you have about the process
Email Correspondence
After our initial visit to your home, a full, 2-3 minute 3D video concept design will be sent to you in the comfort of your home via Email. If you love it, then full specifications and a final estimate will be done and sent over for your inspection.
Master Plan & Finish-Out Schedule
Once you’re happy with the 3D design, specification and bidding documents, we will make final construction plans and documents. The pre-construction phase will be complete upon obtaining permits, HOA approvals and loan closings.
Construction
During the building process, your backyard will be filled with TexSun staff and construction equipment. We want you thrilled and educated throughout the process, so if the super intendents are on site, please do not hesitate to ask questions at any time.
